Wings over Houston Airshow, November 2014

During a trip through America with 4Aviation, we visited Elling airfield in the state Texas for the air show.

The Wings Over Housten Airshow is organized by the Commemorative Air Force with the support of Houston Wing, Gulf Coast Wing , and Tora! Tora! Tora! of the Commemorative Air Force, with support from the Lone Star Flight Museum in Galveston, the Texas Flying Legends Museum, Collings Foundation-Houston based at Ellington Airport, and the Vietnam War Flight Museum.

This Air show is a mix of vintage World War II aircraft, Vietnam War and the modern aircraft of today.

This year it was a good show, where several planes flew very low, while other unfortunately remained too high, for example, the Vietnam War planes.

The photo’s where take during de rehearsal day and the fist show day.
